Reservation

When making a reservation you must send the following:

• A completed application form (full name, arrival and departure dates).
• US$50.00 to guarantee your reservation (non-refundable).
• If you leave the residence before the date indicated as your departure, there would be no refund payments.

Residence rate:

• US$350.00 per week (7 nights) paid in advance.
• Daily rate is US$70.00. If you have stayed at the Residence for at least one week and need to stay an extra 1 to 4 days (provided a room is available), the daily rate is US$65.00. After 4 days you must pay the weekly rate.

Check out time:

• 11:00 a.m.. Keys must be turned in at this time.
• You may temporarily store your luggage in the hallway. However we will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged items.

Note: When you plan your trip, make sure your arrival in New York is not on Saturday or Sunday the reception office is closed.
