Reservation Requirements:

When making a reervation you must send the following:

• A completed application form
• US $50 to guarantee your reservation (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
• Full names and arrival and departure dates
• The Residence fee is $240 per week paid in advance. If you stay a month or more, you must pay $960 (4 weeks) in advance.
• Daily rate: US$50. If you have stayed at the Residence for at least 1 week and need to stay an extra 1 to 4 days (provided a room is available), the daily rate is US$45. After 4 days you must pay the weekly rate.
• Check out time is 12:00 noon. Keys must be turned in at this time.
• If you leave the residence before the date indicated as your departure, there would be no refund payments.
• If you wish to store your luggage, the fee is US$10 per week in advance per piece of luggage. We will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged items.
• The Residence closes every year for 1 month.
